Hi everyone, I am really excited because next week we only have 3 days in school and then it is the summer holidays!!! Yesterday Nana brought me a Hello Kitty football for the summer and I love it. I am going to a party later and it will be really fun with loads of dancing!!! Me and my Nana are going out to Truo today to get me a book with my special voucher and we might get a pastie too!!!

Rules for the Bus

Child:

Said our driver in September
as we climbed aboard the bus,

Driver:

“There are rules you must remember.
Number one, you do not cuss.
Do not squirm and do not wiggle.
Do not squeak and do not squawk.
Do not laugh and do not giggle.
Better yet, don’t even talk.
Do not ever let me catch you
with your feet out in the aisle.
Sit as rigid as a statue
with a stiff and silent smile.
And you will not wear your mittens,
and you will not wear a mask.
And you will not bring your kittens,
and you shouldn’t even ask.
And you will not play with bubbles
or a yo-yo or balloon.
And for causing me such troubles
you will get them back in June.
Now the day is here. Begin it
with the words I have to say.
Kindly take a seat this minute,
and let’s have a pleasant day.”

Child:

Well, I listened very closely
to the messages I heard,
and, in all this time, I’ve mostly
followed each and every word.
I have tried to pay attention,
but of this, I must confess.
There’s a rule she didn’t mention,
and today it caused a mess.
It is not as if I planned it
with an evil attitude.
I am not that underhanded,
and I don’t mean to be crude,
but it causes quite a fuss,
and it might even be unlawful
to have climbed aboard the bus
when you have stepped in something awful.

I am really happy!!! If your read me last blog post you would have seen that one of my best friends (Rebekah) will be moving… but know it is only it her Mum can get a job in Lancashire. Fingers crossed she doesn’t! LOL!!!

I am sorry that I have not written since April 1st. I have been sooooooo busy lately. Yesterday me and Nana went to the beach and it was really fun. I collected some shells and I went for a paddle, the water was above me knees.  We got the bus to Gullingvase beach and we wandered over the cliff path to Swanpool. I have been having fun at school. I am a bit upset though because one of my best friends is moving to Lancashire. Oh no!!!

Today is world book day and at school we have to take in our favourite book. I am taking in the Dare Game, by Jacqueline Wilson. It is a great book. We also get to read to the tear year 1’s.

Is it a fish, is it a monster… no it is 3 circles and a letter C that I made in Bryce. I think that it looks like the Lochness monster. LOL!!! That is what it is meant to be, not 3 circles and a letter C!!!
